Growing Bell Peppers: A Melting Pot
for the 1st prize of the MAX BRAND Composition Award.
Georgi Dimitrov lives in California, where he studied composition, conducting and viola and graduated with a PhD. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California for the past 5 years and will be the associate principal violist in the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra beginning November 2020.
His music explores the relationships between different sound forms and the way they relate, blend, and complement each other to create a viable sense of form.
