The MAX BRAND Ensemble, under the direction of Richard Graf, is characterised by its artistic experimentation and interdisciplinary approach, which fuses new music, jazz, alternative music styles and ethnic sounds. Under the title ‘Zeitenwende’, the ensemble presents a programme that musically explores current developments and challenges, transcending the boundaries of traditional music-making and also incorporating the use of artificial intelligence.
Richard Graf: "I am delighted to present our latest programme, which focuses on both established and up-and-coming composers. At a time when climate change, artificial intelligence and conflicts are shaping our world, I see it as our task to reflect and comment on these issues through our music and to provide cultural and creative impetus with the MAX BRAND Ensemble."
